THE SHORT VERSION
30 days to change your mind. Unworn, unwashed, in its original packaging. You cover the return shipping; we refund the product.
YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you are ordering from the European Union, you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. We extend this to 30 days as a commercial gesture.
To exercise it, write to support@get-svelta.com with your order number before the 30 days are up. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Do not send anything back before contacting us — unannounced returns cannot be tracked or refunded.
CONDITION
To be refunded, an item must be:
- unworn and unwashed
- free of odour, marks and pet hair
- returned with its original packaging and labels attached
Compression apparel is worn next to the skin. Items returned in a used state cannot be resold and will not be refunded — we will return them to you at your expense.
WHO PAYS FOR WHAT
Return shipping is at your expense, unless the item is faulty or we sent you the wrong one — in that case we cover everything.
Use a tracked service. Until the parcel reaches us, it remains your responsibility, and we cannot refund a return we never receive.
REFUNDS
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we refund within 14 days to the original payment method. Your bank may take a few days more to display it.
We refund the price of the product and the standard outbound shipping cost. If you chose an express option, we refund the standard rate only.
EXCHANGES
We don't process exchanges directly. Return the item for a refund and place a new order — it is faster than waiting for a two-way exchange.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Write to us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photographs. We will replace the item or refund you in full, including shipping, and cover the return cost.
THE E-BOOK
The Operator's Blueprint is a digital product delivered immediately. Under EU law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content once download has begun. Returning a shirt does not require you to give up the e-book.
PARCEL NOT ARRIVED
If tracking has not moved for 15 days, or your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipping, write to us. We will open an investigation with the carrier and either resend or refund.
